The Interior Design Reference + Specification Book is an everyday knowledge compacted inside a small book so interior designer can have it with them at all time. I personally own this book myself and it does really come in handy for my everyday use. This book is published by Rockport and is well known on for professional designer and artist of all type.

The Interior Design Reference + Specification Book contains really interesting information. This books also depicts information on the fundamentals of starting an interior design projects, how to manage your projects, the drawing basic and how to communication with your clients. These are really crucial knowledge for beginners whom does not have much experience in this field. Another key factor to this book is that it gives the important dimension measurement. Measurement sometimes can be a lot to remember therefore having some important measurement in this book can really help a lot when it comes to drawing the floor plans. I really liked this part of the book because sometimes there are figures where I tend to forget so having it in this book makes my life a lot easier. On the other hand, I feel that there are some points where it was not necessary to include in this book such as the furniture section. This section only showed a curtain amount of famous furniture design which is dose not really matter for this particular type of book.

Towards my personally opinion, I feel this is a must have type of book especially for beginners in the interior design field. I like to carry this book around with me all the time on the go so if there are anything where I forget, I can just quickly open it up and find what I need. Also, when it comes to 3ds rendering, this book gives information for me to know the correlated color temperature which helps me with the environment lighting that I need to archive.
